I need more artsy friends

Anybody reading this blog an aspiring artist trying to make it big? Who wants to contribute to our project in exchange for whatever publicity we can manage to attract for you? (I think I have a phone interview with a reporter from the NYPost this afternoon.) Anyway, an arrangement like this would be perfect...

CB- What kind of contributions are you looking for? We have a good friend here (actually he's moving to SF soon) who is a furniture designer...of course there's the issue of him being on the West coast, but it might still be worth talking to him about it. I'm sure we'll see him soon. His web site (which marc helped implement) is: http://www.variandesign.com/work/

Definitely mention it to him - love to at least talk about it. We're looking for everything: furniture, lights, pieces for the walls, a mobile for above the stairs, etc. That site looks great. I've got to get you two some more info for ours.

Maybe you can design our stationary...do our first mailer. We can launch your new work-from-home paper graphic company...

We will mention it to Forest for sure. Too bad Chris Mac can't help...I'm sure Seiko would love to help if she were around too!! I'll pick her brain because I'm sure she'll have some ideas.

And let's talk about the site AND print materials (fun!) too!!! If only I had a letterpress in our granny flat... :)

While I definitely need MORE artsy friends, I do have a couple and I have to say you are at the top of the list. You know who else? Jeff Brown. He painted something for Amy when they got engaged that was really great, and then again for their baby when he was born.
