I won't do the real tally til we're done, which will involve tracking through lots of receipts and credit card bills. But soon, hopefully.

The deck was a bit over $20/sf - that's also a rough number, but close (576 sf; $5K for ipe, 2K for cable rail system, 1K in labor for the framing, 3K or so for cedar and framing lumber, 800 for the hidden fasteners).Chrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15021604236956560197noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28956128.post-57877640607837724122008-02-21T17:51:00.000-05:002008-02-21T17:51:00.000-05:00How much $ is it running per square foot? How much $ is it running per square foot?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28956128.post-22934512164928644722008-01-10T08:47:00.000-05:002008-01-10T08:47:00.000-05:00I'm almost done with the exterior cedar and the dr...I'm almost done with the exterior cedar and the drywall - was thinking I might check those off too...Chrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15021604236956560197noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28956128.post-9807167519519616862008-01-09T19:02:00.000-05:002008-01-09T19:02:00.000-05:00Looks fabulous!
